These pancakes are awesome!! I have to fight with my grandsons to get any, and they don't need to eat gluten free. Thank you for such yummy mixes ;-)

Gluten-Free Buttermilk Pancakes
Do you remember enjoying delicious, melt-in-your-mouth buttermilk pancakes? No more dreaming! Our gluten-free pancakes are fluffy, not gritty, and are as close to traditional pancakes as you can imagine. Our taste testers rarely finger these as being gluten-free!
In addition, our pancake mix makes delicious waffles and crepes. Using a bit more water will make a thinner, crepe-like pancake that can be stuffed with cream cheese and slathered with berries. Yum! A bit less water and you have a nice, thick pancake with a bit more chew. Perfect for stuffing with chocolate chips or other delectable goodies.
No matter how you prepare them, you can't go wrong with our gluten-free buttermilk pancake mix. Treat yourself and your family to a delicious breakfast today!
Package makes approximately 30 pancakes or 20 waffles. Number varies depending on size and amount of water used.
Directions
• 2 cups Buttermilk Pancake Mix • 2 eggs • 1/4 cup vegetable oil • water Whisk 2 eggs and oil together and add enough water so liquid mixture measures 2 cups. Add pancake mix and beat until smooth. Do not over-mix. Fry on hot griddle until golden brown on both sides. May also be used in waffle iron for delicious waffles. For Crepes: add 1/4 cup extra water to batter and cook 1 at a time in frying pan, flipping to brown both sides. fill with ricotta cheese and cream cheese mixture. Top with fruit preserves. Yummy!
