Gluten-Free Spice Cake
Finally. A moist spice cake that is every bit as good as any gluten-containing spice cake out there. You can create this cake with a wide variety of fruits and vegetables.
Use with grated carrots for a fabulous carrot cake. Add applesauce for a more dense, fruity cake. You can even add pureed squash or pumpkin for a seasonal treat. Served with cream cheese frosting, this spicy wonder will be gone in a flash.
Warning: this cake is extremely addictive and unbelievably rich. Your guests will be clamoring for seconds and there is simply no chance that you'll be able to enjoy late-night snacking on this tasty treat.
