We are Secret Pal Friendly!
charssi is proud to be Secret Pal Friendly. We will gift wrap any Secret Pal order at no extra charge. If you are placing an order for your Secret Pal, please make a note of this in the order comments section of the shopping cart. You may also add a short gift note here and we'll be sure to include that in the package.

Resale of Spoon Fudge
charssi Spoon Fudge is not labeled for resale and may not be resold by anyone at any time for any reason. This includes full, unopened jars as well as any "samples" of jars. There are strict legal requirements governing food safety and handling and we have no control over sanitary conditions or any non-approved locations outside of our own county approved facility.

Our product is labeled for allergens and once opened in someone's home, it is entirely possible that allergens not present at the place of manufacture may be present and introduced into the product.

charssi Gourmet and Glutenada (our parent company) have no responsibility for any fudge that leaves our facility and is then sold to another.

Payment Methods
charssi accepts the following forms of payment for all orders...major credit cards and paypal.

Credit card information is collected via our secure server and is not kept on file. Your information is safe and secure when shopping at charssi.com.

Shipping Methods
At this time we utilize the USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Home Delivery.. For a limited time all US orders ship for $6.50, regardless of order size. Canadian orders ship for $16.50, regardless of order size.

Canadian Shipping
We ship via USPS for all Canadian orders and mark packages as "gifts of chocolate." To date we've had no issues with duty charges or any problems with orders being held up at the border.

Shipping Errors
We are not responsible for packages being sent to outdated or incorrect addresses. Please double-check to verify that the shipping address is current and correct. Should a package be returned to us due to an addresses error on your part, you will be responsible for any re-shipping charges to send it out again.

Cancellations/Changes
Orders are processed and payment taken at time of order. Should you need to change or cancel your order, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee. This amount is based on order total, before shipping. Please verify your order before placing it to avoid this costly fee.

Since our Spoon Fudge is made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once your Spoon Fudge has been made.

Order Errors
You are responsible for verifying your order for correctness and accuracy. This applies to every-day orders as well as promotional/discount orders. We will not change an order once it is placed nor will we apply any discount coupon you forgot to use or correct any promtional order that was placed incorrectly. If you have any concerns or questions about an order, please contact us prior to completing it so we can help you make sure everything is correct.

Ordering Options
At this time we only offer online ordering via our secure website and shopping cart. We do not accept mailed in payments or mailed in orders.

Returns/Refunds
We do not offer refunds or allow returns on our Spoon Fudge. Please keep this in mind when placing an order.

If you have received an item you did not order, please contact us and we'll make arrangements to send out the proper item immediately. You may keep the item you received in error, with our apologies.

If your item is damaged in transit or never appears, please inform us w/in 5 business days of original shipment date and we will start a claim with the USPS.

Privacy Policies

All names, email address, physical addresses, and any other information collected from this website are for billing or shipping purposes only. Under no circumstances will your information be sold or given to an outside third party. This includes other visitors to the charssi.com website.

All information contained in the charssi.com website is copyright protected and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior approval. No exceptions. Any person or persons found using information from this site without prior approval will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

charssi.com is spam free. Anyone found harvesting names and/or email addresses or other personal information for this purpose, or any other purpose, will be prosecuted under the fullest extent of the law.

charssi.com is a family friendly site and is guaranteed to be free from vulgarity, flaming, illegal activities, adult content, and all other forms of objectionable material. This is our promise to you.
